PROGRAM TERMS OF USE

The following terms apply to our live-delivery programs including, but not limited to, The Boom Room, Inner Harmony Challenge, Heart Brain Harmony and Embody Your Light.

Overview

  1. Our programs are by nature a coaching and personal development experience designed for individuals seeking to reset their nervous system, reconnect with their inner self, and align with elevated emotional states. It is not a substitute for professional mental health treatment and is not intended to diagnose or treat any clinical conditions.
  2. Our programs are suitable for adults aged 18 and over who are ready to engage in heart-centered practices and personal growth.

Structure

  1. Our programs are delivered online via zoom over consecutive days or weeks as outlined on each program's product page.
  2. Course materials provided during the program include, but are not limited to, handouts, videos, exercises, and any other resources. These are intended for your personal use and development only and are not for distribution.
  3. Selected programs include complimentary access to The Boom Room for the sole purpose of practicing the Heart-Brain Coherence Techniques taught in the program. Where applicable, access will commence on the date of the first program session and will expire after the set number of days specified on the program’s product page.
  4. The Boom Room is not a content-based program but a live practice and integration space designed to complement individual wellbeing journeys, and is structured as follows:
    • The Boom Room sessions are held live via Zoom at 7am, 10am, 12pm, 2pm, 4pm and 8pm, AEST on weekdays, with a reduced schedule on weekends. This schedule is subject to change at any time without notice.
    • While we endeavour to have each session hosted by a HeartMath Certified Professional, in the event one is not available, a trained community host may facilitate the session.
    • If no host is available, the session will still proceed as a self-led silent practice, where members can engage in the Quick Coherence Technique independently with others present.

Privacy and Disclosure of Personal Information

  1. Information collected as part of your participation in our programs is managed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
  2. A copy of our Privacy Policy can be found on our website. You are required to review and acknowledge this policy prior to registration.

Technology Requirements

  1. Our programs are provided online through our website portal and by videoconferencing. You are responsible for the costs associated with setting up the technology needed so you can access online content and participate in video conferencing workshops.
  2. To access program content, you will need access to a computer, video camera, speakers, and an internet connection as well as a private room or quiet space where you will not be interrupted during the sessions.
  3. The privacy of any form of communication via the internet is potentially vulnerable and limited by the security of the technology used.

Conditions of Purchase, Intellectual Property, and Trademarks

  1. The Inner Harmony Movement website, its programs and all content provided within, is the intellectual property of At The Treehouse [ABN - 62 752 242 924].
  2. The reproduction, exploitation, redistribution or use of all or part of any visual, auditory or software element or document from the Inner Harmony Movement Website or our programs is prohibited.
  3. All trademarks, service marks, logos, and trade names displayed on our website, products, and marketing materials (collectively referred to as "Trademarks") are the property of our business or their respective owners.
  4. You are not granted any rights to use, reproduce, or distribute any Trademarks without our prior written consent or the consent of the respective trademark owner. Unauthorised use of any Trademarks may violate trademark laws and result in legal action.

Fees and Payments

Upfront Payments

  1. All upfront payments for services or programs must be paid in full prior to the commencement of the service or program.
  2. All payments are to be made through our website checkout.
  3. Confirmation of your payment will be sent to you via email upon receipt.

Payment Plans 

  1. We offer payment plans for selected services or programs to provide flexibility for our clients.
  2. The first instalment of the payment plan must be paid prior to the commencement of the service or program, with subsequent payments automated as per the agreed schedule.
  3. Failure to adhere to the agreed payment schedule may result in suspension of the service or program until the outstanding amount is paid.
  4. Any incurred charges from financial institutions or our payment providers due to missed or late payments are the responsibility of the purchaser.

Subscriptions

  1. The Boom Room memberships are recurring and renew automatically (monthly or yearly, depending on your plan) unless cancelled in accordance with the terms of our Termination, Cancellation and Refund Policy.    

Termination, Cancellation and Refund Policy

  1. Due to the digital nature of our programs and immediate access to materials, no refunds will be issued once registration is completed. Please consider your readiness to participate before purchase.
  2. The operators of our programs reserve the right to terminate a participant’s registration at any time if your behaviour is deemed unsafe, disrespectful, or disruptive, or if it is considered in the best interest of the Inner Harmony Movement community. In such cases, no refund of the registration fee will be provided.
  3. If, during the course of a program, the operators determine that issues arise which fall outside the scope of the coaching relationship, participants may be advised to consult with their GP and seek a referral to an appropriate clinician. In cases where it is deemed inappropriate for the participant to continue with the program due to these circumstances, a partial refund of the registration fee may be provided at the sole discretion of Inner Harmony Movement.
  4. You may cancel your Boom Room membership at any time via the “My Portal” section of our website. Your access will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle (monthly or yearly, depending on your plan). No partial refunds are provided for unused time.

Risk-Free Guarantee for Heart Brain Harmony

  1. Inner Harmony Movement offers a Risk-Free Guarantee to Heart Brain Harmony participants. If you complete the full 3-month program in its entirety and do not experience a meaningful shift in your life, you may be eligible for a full refund.
  2. To qualify for this guarantee, participants must demonstrate full program engagement, including attendance, completion of all required activities, and adherence to program guidelines.
  3. Refund requests must be submitted in writing within 30 days of program completion, along with supporting documentation of participation. Inner Harmony Movement reserves the right to review and determine the eligibility of any refund claim.

Expectations of Behaviour and Community Guidelines

  1. The Boom Room is a sacred space. All participants are expected to uphold energetic integrity, mutual respect, and the shared intention of coherence. The following behaviours are not permitted:
    • Selling or promoting any services or products
    • Networking, soliciting, or recruiting members for personal or business purposes
    • Flirting, romantic pursuits, or inappropriate personal messaging 
  2. Any breach of these guidelines may result in immediate removal without refund.

Confidentiality and Respect For Privacy

  1. Participants may, during the course of a program, become aware of or be entrusted with personal, sensitive, or confidential information shared by other participants, facilitators, or representatives of Inner Harmony Movement. All such information, including but not limited to personal experiences, opinions, contact details, and any other identifying or private details, must be treated as strictly confidential.
  2. Participants agree not to disclose, discuss, reproduce, record, share, publish, or otherwise communicate any such information to any person or platform outside the program, including on social media, online forums, or in any public or private setting, without the explicit prior written consent of the individual(s) concerned and Inner Harmony Movement.
  3. Any breach of this confidentiality obligation may result in immediate removal from the program and/or further action as deemed appropriate by Inner Harmony Movement.

Liability and Personal Responsibility

  1. Our Programs are designed to provide guidance, support, and educational content to help you achieve your personal and professional goals. However, we do not guarantee specific results or outcomes.
  2. You acknowledge that your progress and success depend on your own efforts, commitment, and follow-through. You are responsible for implementing the strategies and advice provided during the program.
  3. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our business, its coaches, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your participation in our Programs including, but not limited to, emotional distress, loss of income, or any other losses or damages.
  4. Our business is not liable for any adverse outcomes resulting from the unsupervised use of course materials. Participation in our Programs and use of the materials are at your own risk.
  5. Our total liability for any claims arising from your participation in our Programs shall be limited to the amount paid by you for the program concerned.
  6. Our coaching services are not a substitute for professional mental health care, medical treatment, or therapy. If you have any health concerns, please consult with a qualified healthcare professional.
  7. Your participation in The Boom Room is voluntary and you are solely responsible for your own experience and wellbeing. If you experience distress, please consult a qualified healthcare provider.

Consent to Participate

  1. When making a purchase or enrolling in a Program through our website, you will be required to confirm your acceptance of these terms and conditions by checking a box indicating your agreement. This action constitutes a legally binding electronic signature, equivalent to a handwritten signature.
  2. By checking the ‘Terms and Conditions’ box you are stating that you have understood the information in this document about our Programs and acknowledge the following:
    • The Program is a coaching service, not a psychological service and I will not be receiving psychological services, treatment, advice or therapy in the course of my participating in an Inner Harmony Movement Program;
    • I will uphold the energetic and behavioural standards expected in The Boom Room;
    • I have read and understood the Inner Harmony Movement Privacy Policy.
